Senior Centre Wins Major Construction Award Lipman Pty Ltd, the builders of Â鶹ÊÓƵ School's Senior Centre, took out a major award for the building in the 2018 Master Builders Association (MBA) Excellence in Construction Awards, announced on Saturday 9 November 2019. The judges praised the building saying, 'This project is a state-of-the-art building that has truly set the bar for all private school developments in the future as it has created a collaborative and interactive learning space for all.'
